Shipping

The majority of our items are custom made.  They are carefully fabricated and checked to ensure that the material quality and workmanship comply with our standards.
This means that our items take time to fabricate and ship from our overseas suppliers, typically 6 weeks.
When we receive an item from our sources overseas, we will examine it to make sure that it matches your order.  If variations are pronounced, such as stone color or engraving, we will inform you in advance of shipment of what the variations are, so that you may accept the item or cancel it prior to shipment.
Because of the high value of the items, we will place it in an appropriate shipping material and insure it, which typically requires a signature

Returns

We will accept returns after it is authorized by our office and a Merchandize Return Authorization (MRA) is issued.
Because of the high value of our gold and silver products, returned items will be examined to make sure that they match exactly the shipped items.  Also, gold and silver items will be checked for their Karat rating and Sterling rating.  Stones will be checked for exact match with shipped items.  Any returned merchandise that does not match shipped items will not be accepted.
In case of returning more than THREE items the customer pays a Restoking fee
Custom fabricated or engraved items, such as those engraved with names or initials, are not returnable.
